Attention TCISD parents. TCISD will be assessing student grades this Friday (9/13/2024) at 4:30pm for eligibility purposes. It is critical that we have parental support in encouraging our students to maintain high academic standards. Students who are failing one or more classes when we assess student grades will lose eligibility the following week (9/19/2024). Please speak with your child and encourage him/her to take a proactive role in their academics and avoid the possibility of missing out on extracurricular participation.
Parents of current 11th and 12th graders! Please consider signing up for the Rural Student Success Initiative Remind 101 group. This group will be pushing out information and opportunities for our students and parents to make plans for success after graduation. Some of the information includes reminders about college opportunities, financial aid assistance programs, and career planning. There is no fee to join the group, and it just might help point our future graduates in the right direction for success!

JH Football Game Added!
This Thursday 9/12 JH will play in Bryson at 5:30.
Pep Rally Update: Our pep rally will take place in the old gym and is scheduled to begin at 3:45pm. Guest parking is in the band parking lot to the south of the old gym, along College Street in front of the old school buildings, or in the gravel parking lot to the north of the old high school building. We will dismiss students to return to the new building from the old gym PRIOR to our guests. We ask that any guests attending the pep rally allow for students to exit the gym FIRST so that they can safely walk back to the new school. An announcement will be made at the pep rally describing this procedure. Thank you, and we look forward to seeing everyone today at 3:45pm!
Mrs. Keeter's third graders are perfecting their opinion writing skills and using peer editing this week. 📝
Grandparents and Mentors,
We hope you all will be able to have donuts and coffee with us in the morning. Parking options will be behind the old high school, in the gym parking lot east of the auditorium, or against the curb of the old high school or elementary building on College St. We do have a nice new sidewalk going from the old highschool parking lot to the front entrance of the school where everyone will enter. Thank you and we hope to see you all soon. 🍩☕️
Attention parents! Student drop-off and pick-up will take place at the north-east corner of the new school building on good weather days. You will enter the new service drive FROM Petit Avenue and drive down to the corner of the building. We are working on creating name tags for you to display in vehicles to make pick-up a smoother process. If we have a bad weather day, we will shift drop-off and/or pick-up to the north-west corner of the new building. Traffic will always flow FROM Petit Avenue and will exit school ground at North Reynolds Street. Thank you for your patience as we get this new process worked out!
This week's Dress up Theme is; Hawaiian Day! Aloha!
