Mr. Delaney has been a valued part of the Throckmorton CISD family for the past 5 years, serving as our Agriculture Teacher. His passion for agriculture and dedication to our students make him an important part of our Greyhound family.
We are thankful for all Mr. Delaney does for our students and our school, and we look forward to another great year with him!

Today we are excited to shine the spotlight Joshua Gonzales or as everyone else knows him as "Chochie"
Chochie is someone who knows Throckmorton not only as a place to work, but as home!
A proud recent Throckmorton continuer graduate, he chose to come back to the community that helped shape him and give back by serving our students in the cafeteria.
We are so thankful for people who choose to invest their time, talents, and hearts right here in their hometown. His decision to return and serve the next generation of Greyhounds is something our community can be proud of! Anyone who has the pleasure of crossing paths with him knows that he has a special way of making people feel welcome and smile!

Mr. Ridgley brings an impressive 16 years of experience in teaching and coaching to Throckmorton CISD. His passion for education, athletics, and helping students succeed makes him a wonderful addition to our school and community.

Mrs. Balthrop is passionate about helping students discover the joy and power of reading and writing. Through her dedication, encouragement, and commitment to meeting students where they are, she creates a classroom where every learner has the opportunity to grow, build confidence, and succeed.
As our Dyslexia Coordinator, Mrs. Balthrop also plays an important role in supporting students and helping ensure they receive the tools, strategies, and encouragement they need to thrive. Her commitment to advocating for students makes a meaningful difference in the lives of our learners and families.
We are so thankful to have Mrs. Balthrop as part of the Throckmorton ISD family! Her heart for students, love of literacy, and dedication to education are truly appreciated.

If you’ve ever stepped into our pre-K4 classroom, you know there is something extra special about Mrs. Brenda “Ma” Collins!
Mrs. Collins brings love, patience, joy, and plenty of fun to our youngest Greyhounds each and every day. She has a special way of making every child feel welcomed, cared for, and ready to learn. We are so thankful to have “Ma” Collins pouring into our students and helping create a strong foundation for their school journey. Our pre-K4 students are lucky to have her—and so are we!

We all know and love her as the friendly face greeting everyone in the front office, but this year, Mrs. Geri has taken on some exciting new responsibilities!
She is now serving as our Superintendent’s Secretary, Title I Coordinator, and PEIMS Coordinator. We are so thankful for all the hard work, dedication, and care she brings to our school district each day!

Today we’re shining the spotlight on Mrs. Lexie Lindsey!
Mrs. Lindsey has been a valued part of our school district for the past 3 years, and this year, she has stepped into a new role as our 2nd Grade Teacher!
She is already doing great things in her classroom, creating a fun, engaging, and encouraging environment for her students. We are so excited to see all the amazing things Mrs. Lindsey and her second graders accomplish this year!

Go for the Gold Parent Information Meeting
Tuesday, September 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria.
Open Door Impact Youth Program will present its "Go for the Gold" program to parents of 7th-grade students.
For students to participate in the program during this school year, parents must complete and sign a consent form.
This meeting is an opportunity to learn more about the program and ask questions directly to the program presenters.
