TCISD is proud to announce the hire of Coach Curtis Lowery as our new Athletic Director. Coach Lowery is coming to us from Godley ISD, where he has spent the last five years successfully leading their football team and boys athletic program. Coach Lowery brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to Throckmorton, having been in education for 21 years.
Coach Lowery is set to begin working with our students and alongside our staff very soon! We couldn't be more excited and proud to have Coach Lowery and his family join our community, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact that he and his family make on our school!
Send off Friday at 9:45am in the GYM PARKING LOT for the track and golf teams heading to STATE! Be there! They will leave the gym parking lot and head out of town so if you can't make it to the school stand outside downtown and wave and honk for them! We are so proud of all of our athletes going to state!

Attention 2024-2025 Pre-K and Kindergarten parents. Our registration event that we have planned for tonight will include registration for all NEW students to TCISD for the 2024-2025 school year.
This event will include both Pre-K and Kindergarten students. If you have a kiddo that will be a new student of TCISD in the 2024-2025 school year, please join us so that we can help you get your child registered!

Regional Track Update:
Due to the weather, the finals for our regional track meet have been postponed until Monday at 5:00pm.
Our track athletes and coaches are heading home soon. Additional updates will be communicated as more information becomes available.

Our regional track meet has been changed due to inclement weather coming through Denton on Saturday. All field events will take place on Friday starting at 9:30am, followed by running prelims at 6:00pm. All running finals will take place on Saturday starting at 11:30am. We had two outstanding young men take a big step toward a bright future this morning. Joey Erger and Newts Jorgensen signed their letter of intent to attend TSTC this coming fall to further their studies in welding.
